Robert is the Business Manager of MainFitness, which he opened in January 2012.Robert is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer having worked in many gyms prior to opening MainFitness. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Robert has extensive knowledge to pass on to our members.
David is the MainFitness Gym Manager, ready to help with any questions or gym needs.
David has a passion for the fitness of older adults, believing it is never to late to start on a fitness journey.He also happy to take you through a workout or fitness class to help you make the changes you want no matter what your fitness level, experience or capabilities.
Karri is at reception for all of your membership enquiries. She is also a certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor (Matwork).
Karri has a special interest in injury prevention and postural modification through correct exercise technique and activation of muscles. If you want to strengthen your body from the core come and speak to Karri!
Mandi started as a MainFitness member and now takes others through their paces in our group fitness classes.
Mandi has a passion for weights and strength training and providing a fun and energetic atmosphere for members and clients to workout.Mandi has a particular interest in helping girls and women make the fitness changes they want.
Nicole is our part-time receptionist, she is also a certified Fitness Instructor and is currently studying to become a Personal Trainer.Nicole has a special interest in long distance running and has completed numerous half marathons and fun runs. She will be completing further study in the subject so if you want some help with your cardiovascular fitness or training for a long distance running event–see Nicole!
Danica is a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, leading many of our fitness classes. She also has been a dancer for over 14 years and has extensive experience teaching a variety of dance styles to different age groups.
Danica takes her role as a personal trainer seriously and is passionate about helping people to achieve their goals. She specialises in high intensity training and body composition changes (fat loss/muscle gain).
